Of course! We encourage everyone to have a hand in the process. We ask that if you are submitting your own artwork, you provide us with the native file or a vector file (.ai, .eps, etc.) sized to print.
If you can provide us with a PMS color, we can match it! Feel free to swing by the shop to see a PMS book or view an online version here. If you don’t need to match exact colors, we have a number of standard and house inks. Please be aware that there may be some variance in the color displayed on your computer monitor and the actual ink color.
As long as the design remains the same throughout the order, a great trick to reach higher quantity price breaks is to mix-and-match shirt sizes, styles, and colors. We can even use different ink colors to create more variety in your order. Keep in mind that screen printing and embroidery are 2 completely different beasts, so you are only able to bundle screen printed pieces OR embroidered pieces to reach price breaks.
We don’t have a minimum order requirement, however, any order under 12 pieces can get a little pricey. We take the same steps to setup a job whether it’s for an order of 1 item or 1000, so you can understand why there is a higher cost associated with smaller orders.
You can, but we won’t be held liable for any issues that arise in production on customer supplied pieces. We have accounts with reputable vendors and are able to source garments at wholesale cost for you. If we have a problem with a garment that we source, we can overnight exchange it and continue the production of your order without any delays. This is not always the case with customer supplied items.
Our standard turnaround time is 10 business days from proof approval and sizing submission. If you have a project that you need sooner than our standard turnaround, be sure to let us know and we can let you know whether or not we can get it done.
